If you register yourself with the portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. When you use any of PF Chang’s Pakistan Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail / text message. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communica-tions be in writing.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.
Delivery Policy:
1. If any Order place after 12:00 pm, it will be process for dispatch next day only.
2. Shipping address & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be sole responsibility of customers.
3. We use courier services for standard shipments within Karachi
4. For delivery on specefic date, please place your order at least 18 hours before delivery.
5. Payments can be made by Cash or Card on Delivery basis.
6. Please make sure that you are providing the entire information accurately specially the recipient’s Name, valid Address & Tel No.
Refund Policy:
Replacement – items not received in good condition: As the nature of the product is edible & perishable, The condition of the products needs to be checked by the customer at the time of receiving the order. There will be no refunds after the order has been received and payed for.Cancellation Policy:Order can only be cancelled before delivery is completed. 100% Delivery charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer once order has reached.
